honest self-reflection and taking responsibility.

Events, workshops
At my experiential self-awareness workshops, we go beyond conversation — combining movement and action-oriented elements, because the deeper layers of self-awareness begin where words end. We use the body and movement as tools to shift from overthinking to reconnecting with your inner truth.
A safe, supportive group atmosphere encourages openness and insight. Hearing others’ stories and experiences can offer new perspectives — often acting as a catalyst for your own transformation.
About me
In my professional roles, I am a coach, trainer and self-awareness group facilitator.
I feel equally at home in the world of large corporate environments and in experiential self-awaraness group settings.
Since my teenage years, I’ve been passionate about three things: the mysteries of the human soul, the mastery of communication, and supporting others on their path of growth and self-transcendence.
My mission is to enable individuals, teams, and organizations to operate with authenticity, awareness, and effectiveness — to understand the underlying drivers behind their behaviour and handle complex, critical situations with confidence, competence, and composure.
I endeavour to accompany you on this transformative journey.

Feedback from clients
I had previously participated in a coaching process at my workplace with an internal coach, which started off promisingly but eventually didn’t bring real change.
With Zoltán, however, we worked with movement- and emotion-based methods that initiated lasting transformation:
I’ve become a more mindful leader, connect with others more openly, and empathy and perspective-taking have become part of my everyday practice.
I experienced how my earlier tendency to withdraw had affected me and how my fellow leaders had perceived it. The role-plays helped turn these insights into tangible new habits, improving both my relationships and my collaboration in day-to-day situations.
Artur Herczeg (42) – middle manager
Although I sought out Zoli for help with a relationship issue, it soon became clear that my difficulties stemmed from deeper patterns. I realized that the recurring problems in my relationships were related to how I functioned—and that I could change them.
During the process, I learned to turn what I had considered weaknesses into strengths, to act more authentically, and to evaluate myself independently of others. Zoli’s questions, exercises, and guidance helped me to deeply understand my own patterns and to react more consciously in everyday situations.
I sincerely recommend him to anyone who wants to take back control of their life and live more consciously and in a more balanced way.
Ágnes Gugyella (34)
During our group coaching, Zoli guided us with extraordinary humbleness and empathy, yet with confidence, along the path we had chosen toward deeper self-awareness.
We started as a group, but working together forged us into a team.
Signing up for the sessions he led was one of the best decisions of my life—I wholeheartedly recommend Zoli’s workshops to everyone!
